Bluegrass on Ballard

The annual music festival features top bluegrass bands, a car show, vendors selling art and crafts, food and more. There will also be pony rides for the kids, a chili cook-off and a Battle of the Badges blood drive. Musicians are encouraged to bring their instruments and jam in the park, on the street and in the shops along Ballard.

Bluegrass bands performing on stage from 1 to 9 p.m. include Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Bluegrass Band, Breaking Grass, Texas & Tennessee, Bobby Giles & Texas Gales, Salt Creek and the Herrins.
