Pork and Pinot Wine Social

Sixty Vines Plano will host their first Wine Social on Wednesday, June 26th, kicking off the series with a Pork & Pinot themed event. The Wine Social's feature bites with sommelier selected wine pairings in a cocktail party-style of event, so that guests can have the option of a more affordable way to experience a pairing, without the intimate sit down dinner.

The event will begin at 6:30 p.m. and is available to Sixty Vines' Vine Huggers members for $40, or $50 for non-members. This Wine Social will feature wines from California and Oregon, and will offer a raffle for one lucky guest to wine a Sixty Vines gift basket and wine.
The Wine Social bites and pairing are listed below:

Bite: Pulled Pork Deviled Egg, slow roasted pulled pork, deviled egg, caramelized pineapple smash
Wine Pairing: Willakenzie Pinot Gris, Willamette Valley, Orego

Bite: Prosciutto & Ricotta Crostini, shaved prosciutto, ricotta spread, drizzled honey, arugula, toasted baguette
Wine Pairing: La Crema Pinot Gris, Monterey California

Bite: Pork Belly Bite, roasted pork belly, red wine & brown sugar reduction (live action station)
Wine Pairing: Nielson Pinot Noir, Santa Barbara California

Bite: Pork Cheek Tostada, red wine sous vide pork cheek, crispy tostada, marinated feta cheese, pickled onion, cilantro
Wine Pairing: Siduri Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley, Oregon

Bite: Roasted Fig & Bacon, roasted fig, slab bacon, maple syrup, red pepper flake
Wine Pairing: Copain "Tous Ensemble" Pinot Noir, Sonoma Coast, California
