Feel-Good Fridays: Meditation with 2 Inspire Peace

Take care of your mental health and join this six-week course in basic meditation presented by 2 Inspire Peace. Learn how to increase mindfulness and peace to decrease anxiety and depression. Registration is encouraged, but not required. Attendees can take part any or all days; classes are every Friday from May 31 to July 5.
