75th Anniversary of D-Day: Community Ceremonial Remembrance

On June 6, 2019, the community is invited to remember the service and sacrifice of U.S. servicemen who fought in the invasion of Normandy (Operation Overlord). On June 6, 1944, more than 2,500 American servicemen lost their lives during the invasion of northern France, including 100 Texans. Twenty-five of those Texans came from the D-FW region, including one from Collin County. These 25 men will be honored at the ceremony.
