Heard That: A Cook's Fundraiser to Fight Cancer

This benefit for Will Salisbury, a sous chef at Bullion Restaurant who is being treated for non-Hodgkin lymphoma, will feature cooking by Salisbury, Misti Norris of Petra and the Beast, Josh Sutcliff of Sutcliff and Brammer and Junior Borges. The dinner is being sponsored by Chubby Dog Farms, Profound Microfarms, Regalis Foods Texas, Minamoto foods and more. There will be four to five courses served family-style with porchetta and grilled gulf fish. Beverages will be included.
