The festival features shorts make by high school filmmakers from all over Texas, submitted, programmed and managed all by a leadership team from 6 high schools. Awards include Best Narrative, Best Experimental, Best Documentary, Best Mental Health/Suicide Prevention PSA and Best Emerging Storyteller.
The festival is a product of the Pegasus Film Society, which bridges the opportunity-gap for students who lack funds for film equipment and a summer camp for filmmaking.
