The Dallas Chapter of the LSU Alumni Association hosts its 39th annual Louisiana Cajun Bash & Boil. The event raises scholarship money for LSU students in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
In addition to the crawfish boiled with corn and potatoes, there will be crawfish étouffée, red beans and rice, crawfish pistolettes, and other mouthwatering delights. Beignets will be made fresh on site and New Orleans-style snow cones (snow cones with ice cream in the middle and condensed milk drizzled on top) will be available for kids of all ages.
The bash is a friends and family affair, rain or shine (it's held indoors). Big Daddie the DJ will perform on stage.
