All tickets sold will be fully refunded including the service fees charged by our ticketing vendor by Monday, September 16, 2019. If you are a guest from outside the Dallas/Ft Worth area and have purchased non-refundable airline tickets and made non-refundable hotel reservations please email verifiable proof to info@meprods to arrange refunds if this decision resulted in cancellation of your scheduled trip to Texas.
