Plano Symphony Orchestra and actors from North Texas Performing Arts will present a performance featuring music about kings, queens, princes and princesses in film. Learn about the orchestra as well as hear selections from The Lion King, Moana, Star Wars, Beauty and the Beast, Sleeping Beauty and more.
Geared toward families with children aged 3-12. Pre-concert activities include the instrument petting zoo, arts and crafts and the conductor’s station beginning at 2:15 p.m. Scouts can earn the Plano Symphony Orchestra STEAM fun patch while attending the 3 p.m. concert by completing the physics of music experiments available from 2-3 p.m. in the lobby prior to the concert.
