Glaze a piece of pottery, see a live raku firing (it involves red-hot pieces removed glowing from a kiln), watch demonstrations and browse works — including not only pottery, but also stained glass, mosaics, fiber arts and more — by 50-plus artists. There will be a raffle and a bake sale to support CERA Pottery Studio, plus a food truck and live music.

CERA Pottery Studio hosts its 17th annual arts festival, bringing a variety of artists to the CERA studio along the Trinity River. The free event features more than 50 artists offering hand-crafted items. Besides shopping, visitors can see a live raku firing, glaze a piece of pottery, watch pottery demonstrations, enter a raffle, take a studio tour, and even sign up for pottery classes. Sweet treats will be available at CERA's popular bake sale. Proceeds from the festival help support local art at the studio. Admission and parking are free.
