Toast theater with an afternoon of quirky quaffing featuring Bard-inspired beverages, Elizabethan costumes and thespian trivia from Shakespeare Dallas. Start the crawl at Twilite Lounge at 2:30 p.m., then visit Off the Record and Armoury D.E. from 3 to 5 p.m. and Dot’s Hop House and Cocktail Courtyard and Independent Bar and Kitchen from 5 to 7 p.m. Each bar will have $3 to $5 specials on beer and cocktails, including Taming of the Screwdriver and Mint Juliet at Dot’s. Some bars will host performances or other activities, including a costume contest, raffle and trivia game to end the evening at the Independent. There’ll also be a scavenger hunt where participants can visit select Deep Ellum retailers to collect stickers in order to win Shakespeare in the Park tickets.

To drink, or not to drink? Is that really a question? We’re back for our 7th annual Shakespeare Dallas Pub Crawl, so come celebrate by drinking with us in Deep Ellum. Don your best Elizabethan garb or Shakespeare Dallas tee shirt and come raise a glass or two or five to the bard.

Advance purchase tickets are recommended. Day-of tickets will be sold if available. The crawl starts at 2:30 p.m. with check-in at the Twilite Lounge.
