Savor Dallas, a festival of eating and drinking, will kick off May 17 with ’Cue It Up. Smoke’s Tim Byres and Cattleack Barbeque’s Todd David will host the event during which chefs and bartenders will use smoke in their creations. The fest continues May 18-20 with Shaken + Stirred at Fashion Industry Gallery, the Reserve and Grand Tasting at Centennial Hall in Fair Park, and Detox/Retox Brunch at Sixty Five Hundred.

The annual food and wine festival Savor Dallas kicks off with everyone’s favorite — barbecue. Curated by notable local chefs, the opening event features culinary and drink innovators all playing with fire while providing a fresh twist on smoke.

Savor Dallas is four days of top chefs, restaurants, wine and spirits tastings, live entertainment and more. Tickets to individual events are available online. A $250 Master Pass is also available.
