Take advantage of discounted admission prices and spend Presidents Day weekend at the Dallas Arboretum. Your $5 admission includes access to the gardens and a slew of activities. Kick off the weekend on Feb. 17 with an expert-led class on French macarons at 11 a.m., then catch local musician Bruce Wilder in concert at noon. The Feb. 18 lineup includes a wellness class at 10 a.m., another chance to see Bruce Wilder at noon and a farm-to-fork cooking class at 3 p.m. On Feb. 19, don’t miss a patriotic rock 'n' roll performance from the Presidents of Mount Rushmore at 11 a.m.

$5, free for children 2 and younger, free for active and retired military with valid ID. Discounted admission cannot be purchased online; it's available only at the gate. Parking is $15 ($9 if purchased online in advance).
