As some Latinos rise in socio-economic status, driving the renewal of urban cores across our nation, what policies can decision-makers implement that both anticipate and address political, economic, and cultural consequences within the Latino community?

Henry Cisneros, former U.S. Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, is among the panelists who will discuss the issue of "Gente-Fication" or the changing face of urban development. Speakers include Alfredo Huante (USC Dept. of Sociology), Mike Koprowski (Opportunity Dallas) and moderator Jennifer Cook (SMU).
