Head downtown for the 30th anniversary televised procession formerly known as the Dallas Children’s Health Holiday Parade. Keep an eye out for Santa as he makes his debut at the parade’s conclusion, following an array of festive floats, huge inflatables, dancers, marching bands, costumed characters and a large dose of holiday spirit.

Start celebrating early at the pre-parade festival in Main Street Garden, with food trucks, entertainment, free photo ops and family-friendly activities from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The parade begins at 10 a.m. at Commerce and Houston streets in downtown Dallas and ends with a grand finale at the Statler Hotel.

Admission is free, but reserved seats are available for $20-$60.
