A discussion on Dallas community history is presented in conjunction with the historical exhibit "Neighborhoods We Called Home," on view through Dec. 31, 2017, at Dallas Heritage Village. Panelists include Dr. George Keaton Jr. (Remembering Black Dallas, Inc.), Albert Gonzalez (Dallas Mexican American Historical League) and Debra Polsky (Dallas Jewish Historical Society). The evening starts with a reception at 6:30 p.m., followed by the program at 7 p.m

"Neighborhoods We Called Home" explores the historic neighborhoods of Dallas that served as strong, supportive communities for Jewish, Hispanic and African-American Dallasites from the early 1900s and beyond.
