The Windmill Lounge opened on Maple Avenue 11 years ago, and ever since, it’s been a go-to for Dallas-area drinkers and all those who enjoy good times. Lisa and Tom Georgalis, owners of the popular Ivy Tavern, purchased the bar a few months back, and after some interior renovations, a patio update and a brand new menu, the Windmill Lounge 2.0 is ready for its debut. The couple will host a grand re-opening party on Friday, June 23 at 8 p.m. featuring music by DJ Insanity, promotions, and drink and food specials all night. There will also be a live raffling off of the original Windmill Lounge jukebox.
