Oysters & Martinis will feature martinis paired with Dallas Fish Market Executive Chef Richard Triptow’s culinary creations with fine catch oysters. Chef Triptow’s menu for the event features Blue Point oyster and oyster chowder; Sunberry oyster with truffle oyster stew and caviar; oyster fried rice with vegetables, eggs and Conway fried oysters; Oyster Duo with ponzu gelée and kimchee gelée; and a new special surprise dessert.
