You don't have to be a beer "snob" (or a snob of any kind) to fit in at the Big Texas Beer Fest. In fact, it's a great way for the beer-curious to learn what they like alongside seasoned drinkers. For those who already live-and-breathe beer, it's an opportunity to get your taste buds on harder-to-find varieties and special recipes. Pro-tip: Take an Uber, Lyft or ride-share of your choice. Not only does it help ensure everyone's safety, it also helps you skip potential traffic and parking challenges at Fair Park.

Dallas' original beer festival will feature beers from about 120 breweries pouring more than 500 beers at the 6th annual fest. Visitors wll find rare brews, one-offs and special firkins. Often times, the head brewmaster or owner of each brewery will be at the booth to talk about what they do, and how they do it. In addition to beer tastings, there will be plenty of food from food trucks and artisanal food vendors, and live music on the outdoor stage.

The festival beer list will post about 1 week prior to the event.

General admission for Friday is $35, $39 for Saturday. Ages 21+ only. Tickets include a card worth 12 2-ounce samples. Additional sample cards will be available for $2.
