St. Patrick's Day isn't until the 17th, BUT you can get a head start on celebrating this Saturday with the Dallas St. Patrick's Parade and Festival! Come out to Greenville Ave for a huge street party that will feature marching bands, bagpipers, and surrounding bars that will be involved in the festivities!
The parade is free to attend along the parade route. There will be paid stadium bleacher seating available in the Meadow's Building area.
Following the parade, Jimmy Eat World headlines the Dallas Observer Concert at Energy Square.
Also, during the day and into the night, revelers will pack the bars on Lower Greenville for a street party.
The Brew Fest: One of the newer attractions to the St. Patrick's Day Parade is the Brew Fest. In 2017, it will pop-up in two places: the Office Depot parking lot (5111 Greenville Ave.) and the Meadows Building parking lot (5646 Milton St.). Both are near the intersection of Lovers Lane and Greenville Avenue. Dallas' Peticolas Brewing Co. will be pour five different beers, including Irish Goodbye, a holiday-fitting red ale. Attendees can enter the Brew Fest for free and pay individual beers, or buy a $45 VIP ticket (a target="new" href="https://www.eventbrite.com/e/brewfest-2017-tickets-31986037098">click here to purchase VIP tickets), which includes two drinks and access to a designated area that includes bathrooms, among other perks.
