Have you ever wanted the chance to be a sommelier at a fine dining restaurant with a world-class wine cellar? The first Wednesday of each month, III Forks guests can help select featured wines for the coming month. For $20 per person, guests will sample six wines selected by the wine director and paired with hand-passed hors d’oeuvres created by Executive Chef Chris Vogeli.

Each month features a new theme. For February, 2017 the restaurant will showcase wines of France. Six wines will be poured and served alongside tasty passed treats. The favored wine will win a place on the III Forks menu for the month of March.
