Top Knot brings back ramen for the final event of the Fall Street Food Series featuring guest chef Jacob Williamson of Five Sixty by Wolfgang Puck.

As a nod to the popular Summer Ramen Night series, the menu will include Peking Duck Ramen with hoisin, ajitama duck egg and toasted rye noodles. In addition, 3 styles of Japadogs (Japanese style hot dogs) will be offered:
- Umeboshi Dog with cucumber, yakiniku, chicaharron furikake
- Spicy Miso Dog with pickled mustard seeds, aka miso ketchup, red onion, bonito
- Age Ice Bun with black goma and cardamom pumpkin

The event benefits Promise of Peace Gardens. Limited reservations. A modified Top Knot menu will also be available.
