2016 Lone Star Film Festival: Requiem for a Running Back at AMC Palace 9
Rebecca Carpenter, the daughter of world champion Green Bay running back Lew Carpenter, fights to learn the truth about CTE, a degenerative brain disorder that can cause episodes of violence, after her father receives a posthumous diagnosis. Her journey brings her into the homes of other NFL players both past and present who are showing the signs of CTE due to repeated blunt force trauma caused by the game they love.
