Beats and Eats: Chad Houser / The Texas Gentlemen

Beats and Eats: Chad Houser / The Texas Gentlemen at

Sarah Blaskovich Recommends

This is one of the sweetest food and music pairings I've seen in awhile. Chef Chad Houser is the brains behind Cafe Momentum, a highly-rated restaurant that employs juvenile delinquents. His food is good and his heart is pure. Houser's four-course dinner is paired with the Texas Gentlemen, a group made up of some of the best country-music musicians in the area. This will be one delicious evening.

The new dinner & live music series continues in October with a dinner menu by Chef Chad Houser, mastermind behind Cafe Momentum, and music by the acclaimed Dallas music group The Texas Gentlemen. The evening includes a four-course dinner served supper club style, with each of the 4 courses paired with a craft cocktail.
