Beats and Eats: Chad Houser / The Texas Gentlemen at Granada Theater
Sarah Blaskovich Recommends
This is one of the sweetest food and music pairings I've seen in awhile. Chef Chad Houser is the brains behind Cafe Momentum, a highly-rated restaurant that employs juvenile delinquents. His food is good and his heart is pure. Houser's four-course dinner is paired with the Texas Gentlemen, a group made up of some of the best country-music musicians in the area. This will be one delicious evening.
