UPDATE: The musicians of the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra announced a strike as a result of an impasse in contract negotiations. This causes the cancellation of all concerts through Dec. 31.
It’s a celebration of American music and our nation’s history. Enjoy iconic music by some of America’s greatest composers: Gershwin’s “Lullaby for Strings,” Copland’s “Lincoln Portrait,” “Duke Ellington Fantasy.” Plus, we will honor our veterans with performances of John Williams’ “Hymn to the Fallen” from Saving Private Ryan and an Armed Forces Salute.
