Plano Symphony’s Home for the Holidays concert is one of Collin County’s most popular holiday traditions. With nearly 200 musicians, Home for the Holidays includes seasonal favorites for orchestra and chorus, the popular audience sing-along, visitors from the North Pole, humor, the great pipe organ at St. Andrew United Methodist Church, and a few surprises. The 2016 concerts also feature a newly commissioned Christmas Concerto for Dr. Jonathan Gregoire, organ. Patrons continuously comment that Home for the Holidays is a mandatory part of their holiday celebration.
