Top Knot chef de cuisine Angela Hernandez will collaborate with Justin Holt from Lucia for the inaugural event on Monday, June 27, and with Misti Norris of Small Brewpub on Monday, July 25. The August guest chef is Chef Matthew Hoa of Ten Ramen.

Monday, June 27, 6-9 p.m. -- Tonkotsu ramen with chef Justin Holt of Lucia: Chefs Hernandez and Holt will showcase a poultry-forward interpretation of “Tonkotsu Ramen.” The soup will highlight locally sourced ingredients including poultry from Windy Meadows, eggs from Vital Farms, and handcrafted alkaline noodles. It will also feature pork chasu, scallion, marinated eggs and ramp/ginger mayu.

Monday, July 25, 6-9 p.m. -- Chef Misti Norris of Small Brewpub. Ramen style details to come.

Monday, August 29, 6-9 p.m. --Chef Matthew Hoa of Ten Ramen; ramen style details to come.

Limited reservations accepted. Limited quantities available. The full Top Knot menu will also be available.
