Cru Food and Wine Bar is offering a three-course Mother's Day brunch featuring:

STARTERS: GOAT CHEESE BEIGNETS (fresh berry compote, organic honey, chocolate sauce), SMOKED SALMON PIZZA (lemon-chive crème fraiche, black caviar), FIG & GORGONZOLA BRUSCHETTA (fresh mission figs, gorgonzola, balsamic reduction), MINI BELGIAN WAFFLES (strawberry compote, vanilla whipped cream), CAPRESE SALAD (buffalo mozzarella, vine-ripened tomato, basil pesto), WHITE ASPARAGUS SOUP (lemon oil, crispy shallots)

MAINS: CINNAMON SWIRL FRENCH TOAST (blueberry compote, honey mascarpone, maple syrup), STEAK & EGGS (petit filet, soft scrambled eggs, rosemary potatoes), CRÚ SCRAMBLE (rock shrimp, lobster, fresno chiles, baby spinach), CRÚ CRAB CAKE BENEDICT (baby spinach, farm eggs, fresh herb hollandaise), MEYER LEMON ROASTED CHICKEN (spinach, morels, goat cheese, thyme jus), PAN SEARED SCOTTISH SALMON (jumbo asparagus, cauliflower gratin, blood orange basil reduction)
