Four day festival of costumes, gaming, performances, contests, workshops, celebrity guests and more will draw fans of many niche interests and passions including Science Fiction, Steampunk, Anime/Manga, Comic Books, Costuming, Performing Arts, Literature and Filmmaking. Activities are scheduled every hour from opening until 2 a.m. Thursday through Friday, 3 a.m. Saturday, and until 4 p.m. on Sunday.
Convention Guest of Honor is Brian Ian Muir, the artist who sculpted Darth Vader for the original Star Wars movie. Other celebrities making an appearance are Paul Blake (Greedo in Star Wars: Episode IV A New Hope, actor/producer/voice artist Chuck Huber, Hollywood FX artist Tim Lawrence, Russ Adams (Jim Henson's Creature Shop Challenge), cosplay artist Paytom Schmall, and the Damsels of Dorkington who will perform their special blend of comedy, music and nerdery.
