The festival kicks off with this event that brings together some of the best pit-masters in the state. Guests can taste the smoked meats as celebrity judges select their favorite bite. Look for lots of great barbecue-worthy beverages, as well. In the W.R. Watt Arena in Will Rogers Memorial Center.
