Come and enjoy all the Museum has to offer this year at the 30th annual Lantern Light celebration. Tour the Farrell Wilson House and enjoy the Holiday decorations as we celebrate America’s Winter Wonderland. Stroll the 4acres and amidst the glow of Lantern Light delight in wagon rides, historic demonstrations, storytelling, scrumptious treats, unique children’s crafts, and a visit with Santa Claus. Strolling Carolers, a Bell Choir and School Choirs are scheduled throughout the event in the Historic Pole Barn presenting songs of the season.

This unique experience will include Wagon Rides, Children’s Crafts in the One Room School House, Candle dipping, Historic Demonstrations, Storytelling, delicious treats and photos with Santa. This year in the Young House we are featuring a unique Victorian Christmas Magic-Lantern Show facilitated under the direction of volunteers extraordinaire Beth and Mark Ayers. In the 1890’s the Magic Lantern was America’s only visual extravaganza projected on a movie screen. Shows in the Young House will be featured on the hour from 4pm to 8pm.

$10 for adults, $5 for children and seniors (children 2 and younger are admitted free). Register online by Dec. 2 for a discount.
