For five years, a group of Texas’ best bartenders has put on a charity cocktail showcase in Dallas to raise money for Trigger’s Toys, which provides toys, therapy aids, and financial support for children and their families in area hospitals. This year, we are taking the event to a new level.
120 bartenders have been split into five teams, each of which will run a pop-up bar during the Main Event. The bar managers are Bonnie Wilson from Ida Claire, Christian Armando Guillen from the Standard Pour, Juli Rene Naida from HG Supply Co, Leonard Oliver from VOX Table (Austin) and Stephen Halpin from Parliament. The pop-up bar concepts are dive bar, yacht club bar, karaoke bar and disco bar. The fifth bar's team drew a wild card and can pick whatever they'd like.
