Cedars Open Studios will host its 15th annual event, highlighting the diverse group of artists found in the Cedars neighborhood. More than 75 artists will open their studios to the public for this yearly showcase. Attendees can watch the artists at work during live demonstrations of various techniques such as glass blowing, metal sculpting and painting. Several galleries and exhibits will also be included in the studios tour. The free event is located in the Cedars Arts District, at South Lamar Street and Corinth Street.
The newly restored Longhorn Ballroom will be open for tours during Cedars Open Studio and will also host Saturday’s after party with live music from Silas Nello and Henry the Archer.
