Unsurprisingly, AnimeFest is anime-centric. But in addition to showcasing artists and voice actors, the show is full of cosplay, comics and video games, though Japanese pop culture is still the focus.
Four-day convention for fans of anime, comics, music and related pop culture. Highlights include appearances by celebrity guests Arina Tanemura, manga artist; and director and voice actor Ian Sinclair. Plus, a Saturday night dance party with DJ Melee Max, cosplay, gaming, arcade, art show, panels, video and film screenings and more.
Admission/Membership is $65 for ages 13 and up; $15 for ages 8-12; free for children 7 and younger. There are discounts for advance purchase. Single day passes range from $30-$45.
