• Pollo Poblano: Grilled breast of chicken stuffed with cheese and anaheim pepper, topped with a green bell pepper sauce, rice and beans
• Salmon en Chipotle: Seared salmon with a spicy chipotle sauce served with rice and vegetables of the day
• Puntas en Mole Negro: Beef Tenderloin tips sautéed in a tomatillo and mulato pepper sauce served with rice, beans and guacamole

Dessert -- Choice of
• Nutella Cheese Cake: Creamy, rich chocolate hazelnut cheese cake
• Tres Leches Cake: Delicious! Traditional mexican cream cake and rum dessert
