Chef Jason West has created a delectable 4 course prix fixe dinner menu to celebrate the holiday, the start of the spring season and welcome warmer weather. Bring the family for an exotic Easter dinner which features classic spring ingredients with an Asian twist of seasonings and preparation. And since it’s a Sunday, you’ll still be able to take advantage of STEEL’s half off bottles of wine for Swirl Sunday. Their regular and sushi menus will also be available.

FIRST: Singapore Chili Crab (snow crab claws stir fried in a sweet & savory tomato chili sauce)

SECOND: Vietnamese Crab & Asparagus Soup (egg drop style soup with spring asparagus purée & lumps of blue crab, garlic & shallots) or Crispy Curried Coconut Prawn Salad (crispy coconut & breaded large prawns, sweet chili sauce, Thai cabbage & basil slaw)

THIRD: Braised Lamb Shank with Ginger & Five Spice (Chinese vegetables with oyster sauce & Jasmine rice) or Thai Peanut Glazed Grouper (avocado & tomatillo salsa, crispy yucca fries, topped with Thai peanut sauce)

FOURTH: Banana Pudding Cheese Cake (vanilla wafer crust & vanilla whipped cream topping, chocolate ganache sauce)
