2014 Scarborough Renaissance Festival at Scarborough Renaissance Festival Grounds
Ann Pinson Recommends
If you love dressing like a member of King Henry VIII's court or a peasant from the 1500s, this one just might be for you (if you really, really love it, you can even get married at the fest). Prepare for eight weekends of festivities on grounds styled to look like a 16th-century English village. Expect plenty of costumed revelers, more than 200 performances each day, artisan demos, giant turkey legs and more.
Step back in time to a 16th-century English village featuring jousting knights, artisans, a slew of performances by entertainers, rides, games, food and more.
