Leon Bridges is a Texas musician, though you'd be hard-pressed to find someone who considers him among the Lone Star State's great hip-hop acts. That is, of course, until recently when Brooklyn DJ/producer MICK decided to take him there.

MICK, whose moniker is also his first name, released a mix tape that mashes up -- and in some cases (appropriately) chops and screws -- Bridges' debut album Coming Home with some of the most iconic names in Texas hip-hop.

It's called Coming Home From Texas, and features samples from legends like UGK and Geto Boys, as well as some new verses from Bun B and Slim Thug. Seriously!
