Get up, stand up, come on throw your hands up. If you've got the feeling, jump across ... these trampolines, inflatables and obstacle courses (apologies to House of Pain). Sometimes the kids just have to get their energy out. Here are some fun places in Dallas-Fort Worth to try.  We'll be updating this list, so tell us if you've got a place you love that we should add.

Colorful inflatable structures for climbing and jumping are the main attraction at the kid-oriented Plano center. bounceu.com.

Flight Deck Trampoline Park 

Everyday options at the centers in Arlington and Fort Worth include open jumps, though there are also teen nights with DJs and Toddler Tumble times. flightdecktrampolinepark.com.

Infinite Bounds

This Plano attraction features a 38,000-square-foot-gym with 30-foot inflatable slides, an obstacle course and multiple trampolines. infinitebounds.com.

Jumpstreet

Obstacle Warrior Kids
