Well, this is odd. Spa Castle Texas, the 140,000-square-foot place filled with saunas, steam rooms and pools, is showing the Texas-OU game.
A spokeswoman billed it as "the most relaxing place to watch Texas-OU," and you know what? She might be right. Just imagine how your experience would change if you watched football in one of these scenarios:
- At a swim-up bar
- Getting a pedicure in a massage chair
- Eating ice cream at a cabana near the pool
- Sitting in a hot tub
I'm just saying: It's not a bad idea.
The Red River Rivalry game, starting at 11 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 10, is the first major football game shown at Spa Castle.
