Julio Iglesias cancels again

Julio Iglesias, who canceled an appearance here in April, is now canceling a Sept. 3 show at the Meyerson along with a good portion of the performances on his domestic tour. Ticket holders can exchange tickets for another show or get refunds by contacting the Dallas Symphony Orchestra box office at 214-692-0203. There are no plans to reschedule this one. Dawn M. Because it's written into the Constitution that there must be a North Texan on every reality show, the next cast of The Amazing Race on CBS features Starr Spangler of Fort Worth, a former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader who will pair with her brother, Nick, an actor in New York. The new season starts Sept. 28. From staff, wire reports

Bublé in blue

If you like your jazz singers on the pop side – or should that be pop singers on the jazz side? – Michael Bublé returns to the area Oct. 11 at the Fort Worth Convention Center Arena. He was likable enough when he played Nokia Theatre in March, but be forewarned that he likes to work blue. After that show, The Dallas Morning News got several letters from fans upset by his off-color jokes. Thor Christensen
