Is she or isn't she? Ashlee Simpson's lips are sealed, and so are fiancé Pete Wentz's. But even though their lips aren't moving, they're certainly dancing around the topic. Mr. Wentz likened all the talk to a "witch hunt," and when confronted by MTV this week, Ms. Simpson merely demurred: "Some things you want to keep personal." The word from a source close to the family, though, is that the two are indeed cooking up not only a wedding (reportedly in May at a friend's house in La Jolla, Calif.) but a family addition, as well. The Fall Out Boy bassist, 28, and Ms. Simpson, 23, announced their engagement last week.
