Dame Edna appearance pushed back a year
FORT WORTH – Dame Edna Everage's Live and Intimate performance has been pushed back from Jan. 22-27 to next year following actor Barry Humphries' recent appendectomy. The show has been rescheduled for Feb. 3-8, 2009, at Bass Performance Hall. Show presenter Casa Mañana is offering three options to ticket holders. •Tickets will be reissued for the same seats, performance day of the week and showtime for the rescheduled performances. •A full refund is available at the Casa box office. •Ticket holders may make a tax-deductible contribution for the ticket value to Casa Mañana's education and outreach programs. André Watts recital at Bass Hall rescheduled
FORT WORTH – A recital by pianist André Watts has been postponed to 7:30 p.m. Jan. 31 at Bass Performance Hall. Originally scheduled for Jan. 15, the Cliburn Concerts program has been moved back because of Mr. Watts' illness. Ticket holders may use their tickets for the rescheduled concert or request a refund.
