Great seafood from the Pacific Northwest is the focus as Nick Badovinus’ newest restaurant. The menu changes frequently, so go with what sounds most interesting (it may not be there when you return!). Oysters and other raw bar items like Dungeness crab and Alaskan king crab are wonderful. Main courses tend to be simple, mostly fish fillets (the season’s best) carefully seasoned and expertly seared. Don’t miss the king crab fried rice. For dessert, a rum-soaked vanilla cake with whipped cream and candied citrus peel is a standout. Closed Sunday.
