David Anthony Temple (aka Chef DAT) offers three-course ($60 per person) and six-course ($90 per person) tasting menus (plus a menu of bar bites) at his Deep Ellum dining room with a speakeasy feel. Diners choose (in advance, by reserving online) from signature, garden (vegetarian), seafood or meat-centric (“land”) menus. After dinner Saturday (11:30 p.m. to 2 a.m.) it turns into a speakeasy-style bar, with a DJ spinning tunes. Full bar. Dinner only. Closed Sunday-Wednesday. Leslie Brenner/Guide
