Chef-owner Randall Warder calls his Lower Greenville place a “New Texas smokehouse,” and the menu centers around smoked seafood, meats and poultry. But the Texas theme sort of peters out; the rest of the menu offers well prepared, often quite good but not terribly interesting Mediterranean-meets-Texas-meets Middle America tapas-style plates and flatbreads. Chicken, Duroc pork, tenderloin and wild gulf shrimp are the best smoked items; skip the brisket. Do go for the sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Leslie Brenner/Guide
