Chip and Joanna Gaines may have said goodbye to more Fixer Upper, but they didn't say farewell to HGTV.

The network announced Thursday that the married couple will star in a spin-off, Fixer Upper: Behind the Design. The new half-hour show will premiere April 10 at 7 p.m. and will feature 15 episodes that show how Joanna creates.

Why Chip and Joanna's (and Fixer Upper's) exit matters to viewers

"I can't wait to show our fans how every piece of the design comes together before the final reveal," Joanna said through a release.

In Behind the Design, Joanna will meet with each home's owners and talk with them about personal style. Then Chip will renovate using her vision. And if the show isn't enough behind the design for fans, there will be more at hgtv.com/shows/fixer-upper-behind-the-design.

One can only hope that this show is less like found footage and more like a new and exciting addition to the Gaines' Waco cottage industry.
