Campus Theatre

Built in 1949, the Campus Theatre was operated as a cinema until it closed in 1985. Ownership changed hands a few times before the Greater Denton Arts Council purchased it in 1990. It was renovated and reopened in 1995 as a performing arts center and now serves as the home to Denton Community Theatre as well as other fine arts groups. From staff reports
