Uchiba

Top Knot is being replaced by Uchiba, a bar that's more of a direct extension of Uchi. Uchiba will also serve food; Alex Astranti, chef de cuisine at Uchi, is honing the bar's culinary focus. Updates to the space will add a full sushi bar and yakatori grill, and patrons can expect to find some of Uchi's dishes on the menu alongside new creations, says a release.
