Flower Mound’s Quentin D. Witherspoon, a former Marine, makes rum, whiskey, bourbon and an occasional holiday brandy at this Lewisville distillery. The distillery offers tours Fridays at 4 p.m. and Saturdays every other hour from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. for $10, which includes samples along the way. You must reserve a spot ahead of time.
